By accessing or using visionready.net and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and members.

Use of the Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use the site to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase products
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree not to share your membership access with others
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of the site or its content without express written permission

Intellectual Property

All content on this site including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software is the property of VisionReady, Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Products and Digital Downloads

All sales of digital products are final. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal use only. You may not distribute, resell, or share purchased digital content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. VisionReady does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

VisionReady, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the site. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Membership Terms

These Membership Terms apply to both the VisionReady Membership ($197/month or $1,897/year) and The Conversation Room membership ($29/month or $278/year). By joining either membership, you agree to these terms.

Billing and Payment

• Monthly memberships are billed on the same date each month
• Annual memberships are billed once per year on your enrollment date
• All payments are processed securely through our payment processor
• You authorize VisionReady to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of membership access

Cancellation Policy

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date. Annual memberships are non-refundable but will not auto-renew once cancelled. To cancel, contact us at petula@visionready.net or through your member dashboard.

Refund Policy

Monthly memberships are non-refundable for the current billing period. Annual memberships are non-refundable once processed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Member Conduct

Membership access is personal and non-transferable. As a member of the VisionReady community, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with all community members and facilitators
• Not share membership access, login credentials, or exclusive content with non-members
• Not record or distribute session recordings without express written permission
• Not use the community for spam, solicitation, or self-promotion without prior approval
• Maintain the confidentiality of private conversations shared within the community

The Conversation Room

The Conversation Room is a women-only private membership. Access is restricted to individuals who identify as women. VisionReady reserves the right to verify membership eligibility and revoke access if these terms are violated. Content shared within The Conversation Room is strictly confidential and may not be shared outside the community.

Changes to Membership

VisionReady reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, and terms with reasonable notice to members. Price changes for existing members will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
