A gnawing sense that the life she was living and the life she was meant for were not the same thing. Not a crisis — a clarity. And that clarity changed everything. Petula did not wait for permission to build differently. She built a framework — for getting clear, for rewiring the thinking that was keeping her small, for aligning who she was on the inside with how she showed up in every room she walked into. That framework became VisionReady. And for over two decades she has been teaching it — to executives, founders, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, corporations, and the girls who are just beginning to find their voice.
